ABOUT US

We are Rod and Meg, the artists behind Rome Wild, a name we came up with by combining our first names and our passion for the wilderness. 

 

We have always been photography enthusiasts and avid nature lovers. Having both studied photography in school, it was really over the past four years where we started pursuing our passion on a regular basis. In that time, the great outdoors has become a space to hike, enjoy the fresh air and find a moment of stillness. 

 

Our Print Collection includes a series of prints we photographed over the past four years. What started during winter lockdowns, where a hike in the snow became such a treat, to the warm sun of spring where we made our way back to the seaside, a place that truly feels like home. In summer we wake before dawn to chase the sunrise and catch the still waters along the lakeshores of Toronto. Which brings us back to autumn - our favourite season of the year.

 

If there is one thing we have both learned over the past few years, it has been to embrace the seasons. In our work as landscape photographers, we strive to present the organic vibrance of the wilderness through the lens. We hope our prints bring a bit of wonder to your office or living space!
